FB Titan is a proud member of several chapters of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA). NECA contractors are responsible for the most innovative and safest electrical construction in the U.S. NECA represents the electrical construction industry that powers communities across the U.S.
We hire all our field/operations workers through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), and our apprentices are hired through IBEW/NECA-approved apprenticeship programs. The IBEW has a very high level of safety and training standards for its electrical industry professionals and has worked hard to build unity among its workforce over the past 100 years. Approximately 775,000 members from a number of fields including construction, utilities and telecommunications are represented by the IBEW.
